How does your product/service work?

Femline offers a range of menstrual pads and underwear designed for light, medium, heavy and extra heavy flows. We also offer a range of incontinence pads and underwear with extra protection for bladder issues especially in elderly customers. We also offer portable bidets, wash bags and wet backs to store unwashed pads and seal in any odour.

What are your materials made from?

Femline pads and underwear are simply made from Cotton and Bamboo materials.

How can I care for Femline?

Femline can be maintained by regular hand washing and air drying, due to the nature of our products we encourage using laundry detergents to keep your pads looking and smelling clean and fresh. After soaking your femline pads in lukewarm water, you can also use our Femline wash bags to wash the pads and underwear in the washing machine on 30 degrees and air dry or use a dryer for your next use. Our pads typically air dry in 10-12 hours or overnight.

Can I return a product?

Femline products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons but can be replaced if damaged or broken when received by a customer.
